ZP211 is the mobile version of the Life Card project (Karta zivota).

The application provides Health insurance policyholders of the Home Office of the Czech Republic (ZP MV CR, ZP211) with immediate access to information, including their children's information, on:

• Health details such as allergies, chronic illnesses, blood group, medications, family history, surgeries, accidents, and more.
• Healthcare expenses over the past three years, with a breakdown by personal account.
• An integrated health diary that alerts policyholders to vaccination schedules, preventive medical exams, screening programs, and allows users to track personal events.
• A directory of medical organizations including Emergency services, Pharmacies, Dentists, with the ability to search by proximity and provide navigation.
• Latest health-related news updates.

In case of emergencies, users can send an SMS containing critical information along with their current location or contact a trusted individual.
